Agemont S.p.A. is the Agency for the Economic development of Mountain Area, created to promote new economic initiatives and to enhance human and material resources within mountain areas. The centre of excellence of Agemont is CIT – Centre for Technological Innovation of Amaro, a technological centre, characterised by the presence of innovative companies, a number of research laboratories offering technologically advances, specialised, articulated services, and a Multimedia Centre equipped with the latest ICT technologies. The Agency is therefore able to provide an integrated service system, ranging from economic vitalisation to technological transfer to management and product/process innovation, down to supply of financial engineering tools aimed at supporting enterprises in their initial stages and to strengthen their activities.

Scientific publishing activities
Publication of “Pianeta Montagna” Economia Società e Territorio, a quarterly publication of economic-social-cultural character for the development of mountain areas, with a run of 27.000 copies sent to SME and distributed through one of the main local newspapers.
